Description:
this is a very simple and authentic recipe. If desired, spice it up by adding tuna, parmesan cheese, fried sliced mushrooms, strips of roasted capsicum or black olives.

Ingredients:
- 175 g spaghetti
- 4 tbsp or more extra virgin oil
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1 red chilli, cut finely
- dry herbs/oregano
- salt and freshly ground black pepper

Directions:
cook spaghetti al dente in salted water.
heat extra virgin oil in a large pan, add garlic and chilli.
drain pasta, pour into a serving bowl and pour over the hot, aromatic oil.
sprinkle with dry herbs/oregano and season well.
toss well and serve immediately.
Yummy.
