Description:
a filling breakfast or a laid-back dinner

Ingredients:
3 slices of white/wholemeal bread
1 chicken fillet
3 slices of beef bacon
1 tomato
shredded lettuce
mayonnaise

Directions:
1. fry the chicken and bacon, season with salt and pepper. toast the bread.
2. slice the tomato and rinse the lettuce.
3. put a slice of bread on a plate and pile on the lettuce. add as much mayonnaise as you like and put the bacon on top.
4. add the next slice of bread, then more lettuce and mayonnaise, and finally the chicken, cut into pieces.
5. top the sandwich with the last slice of bread . cut the sandwich into 2 triangles.
6. serve with the rest of the lettuce and a glass of iced lemon tea. yum.
